With this in mind, highlight your relevant qualifications and then the extent of your experience within your profession. Mentioning the scope of work you've done and varying contexts will give your listener a good idea of the broad spectrum to which you can offer.

Sample Script:
My name is Margaret Donald; I am seeking a position as an Art Teacher. I am a resourceful, imaginative and highly trained in a wide array of artistic mediums. My talent for installing art appreciation, promoting individual creativity and open mindedness will make me a valuable addition to any teaching institution. All my previous students have benefited from my unwavering support and positive encouragement. My exceptional communication skills have helped me sustain strong relationships within the school community. Outside work I volunteer at the Melbourne Deaf and Blind Institution.
